Had a partial bathroom renovation with Plumb London. Excellent customer service - there were a few issues at the beginning with some misunderstanding about the set up of my bathroom but because this was resolved honestly and quickly I am still giving 5*.

Super professional and friendly service. They were able to book me in at a convenient time, communicated clearly before the booking and also took the time to explain the issue to me during the visit. Will definitely use their services again.

Plunb London excellent at every stage I used Plumb London for two jobs, first job to remove radiators fit panels and reattach radiators, second job to install new heating thermostat On both occasions the experience was seamless. The help and advice that I was given was amazing and the final job was a much better version than what I had envisaged. I must highly recommend this company I can't sing their praises enough

Excellent Plumb London are a 30 year established professional plumber not someone recommended by another person who you don’t know whether they will or won’t do a good job. Plumb London were professional at every point of contact. Quickly returned to resolve then snagging issues. Used quality product in all they did. Went the extra mile for small changes (they have the responsibility to run a profitable company so a major change came at a cost). But I’d prefer to have a successful and profitable business partner who stay in business for 30 years. Their prices were not inexpensive but not outrageous. One reason is they pay their teams well which makes happy employees who are cheerful and supportive to work with. My new bathroom is excellent and I am highly satisfied. In fact have already recommended Plumb London to someone else who has a much larger job.

The engineer who attended was running slightly late but I was kept fully informed of this throughout the day and he did attend within the updated time frame. On arrival, the engineer was polite and able to identify/rectify the problem quickly.
