Plumb London responded quickly and professionally with excellent follow up to check I was happy with their service. I just needed a gas check certificate, the engineer arrived when expected, everything was explained and investigated properly and I was quite happy with the process.

Amazing service from I think his name was Lee? Knew everything in HVAC, all my questions about the process of the boiler were answered amazingly, can not recommend these guys highly enough. A job well done After enduring high pitched screaming taps/pipes the night before. I was eager to get the problem resolved. Jace was friendly, efficient, and polite. He knew straight away what the problem was with my taps/sink. He installed a lovely new tap and did a really good job, I'm really pleased with the outcome. Would definitely use Plumb London again.

The reasonable costs were outlined during my phone call and I simply signed a couple of forms at the end of the repair. Great service Called to ask for help with a leak in my flat. Quickly fitted me into the diary and gave me a reasonable window for a plumber to arrive. Plumber called to say he would be there within an hour and arrived exactly as stated. Work was carried out quickly and he did a brilliant job of putting everything back together with no damage. Personable, friendly and made me feel comfortable to ask questions. I also had a customer service query and they got back to me promptly and I was happy with their response.

Excellent Service form Plumb London I found Plumb London on Checker Trader.com. I called them beginning of 2023 to service my Worcester Bosch Combi boiler. The engineer was knowledgeable and very friendly. So I called them out in Feb 2024 to service the boiler again. I got a different engineer this time, but once again he was knowledgeable and very friendly. So I would definitely recommend Plumb London to anyone who needs their boiler serviced, or any other plumbing work done. And Also excellent customer service.

Gas Leak I had a gas leak the evening before, and was panicking. The Engineer Lee arrived and advised me on what he would be doing. He was very helpful and friendly, and got to work straight away on the gas leak. He also kindly, checked my boiler, cooker etc and issued my Gas Certificate. I am very happy with the work that has been done, and would definitely use Plumb London again.

Professional and prompt service A lovely young man named Nikola came to fix our toilet flush and valve etc, he was very kind, courteous and respectful. He wore shoe covers as he entered our property, explained every last detail and gave us all the options available. He completed the job promptly and even cleaned up the place!
